An MDR at 360Science is thoughtful, methodical and a valuable resource to our prospective customer. You are the “FIRST” voice our customers hear. You are our first impression.
As a 360Science MDR, you will closely partner with your Sales Director “SD” to map prospective target accounts and craft a territory plan. You will actively listen to customer requirements, and evangelize 360Science in new markets, educating prospective customers and qualifying needs..
There’s too much noise out there to simply smile and dial, We need someone who will be methodical while experimenting with new and innovative ways to bridge the gap between sales and marketing, A 360Science MDR enjoys meeting new people, is infinitely curious, and can’t end a conversation until they know who, what, when, where, why and how. They are consistent, tenacious, tactful, and sharp.
Compared to Market Development roles at other tech companies, you will be given much more responsibility and autonomy at 360Science. We see the MD team as a place to foster and grow talent. You’ll have the opportunity to move directly into sales, marketing, relationship management or sales engineering – testament to the quality we look for in an MDR.
You’ll need a BA/BS degree or equivalent, excellent written and spoken communication skills, intuitive selling abilities, a strong understanding of time management, and an incurable desire to ask questions. Prior experience as an MDR is preferred, as well as an understanding of CRM, SaaS or salesforce.com.
