The role of Customer Partner sits between sales and support – and is neither a sales nor a support role, You are 360Science’s connection to the customer and vice-versa.. The Customer Partner owns the “customer relationship”.
What will you do? As Customer Partner you are your customer’s advocate. From day-one, you will ensure our clients derive the maximum value from their investment and relationship with 360Science. You will participate in their onboarding, understand their use case, respond to questions and concerns, and identify opportunities that address the customer’s needs.
You will become their trusted advisor on all things related to customer data quality. You will learn about their world – their goals, their pains and their desires. You will empathize with your customers concerns. You will digest, evaluate and communicate across internal teams and with external stakeholders. You will build lasting relationships that uncover untapped opportunities/solutions and ensure successful product adoption.
