CEO, Rob Heidenreich, on the launch of 360Science

I’m excited to announce that helpIT systems inc is now 360Science.

Let me first introduce myself. My name is Rob Heidenreich, and I’m CEO of 360Science. Many of you reading this already know me. That’s because nearly fifteen years back, my colleague Simon Swan and I brought helpIT systems into the US market. Well…we’re both back!

The legal stuff…

First off, let me start by saying that from a corporate and legal structure nothing has changed. All contracts are in effect without modification, our federal tax ID is unchanged – so is our address (for now). We’ve re-incorporated the company in Austin TX – leaving our Bay Area roots behind. In the UK and EMEA markets helpIT systems ltd will continue to operate as “helpIT systems” as it has done for 25 years.

Now that we’ve covered that off – let’s get to the fun stuff!

We know that we have great customers who love us! Our technology has long been trusted by some of the largest corporations in the world, managing their most valuable asset – their customer data.  Companies like the Yankees, (the New York variety), Dun & Bradstreet, Saks 5th Avenue, Fidelity Investments, Nestle, AIG, and Harvard to name a few..

So many people are asking me – “why the new brand?”.

Creating 360Science is driven by three things.

The first is taking the industry’s finest customer data matching engine – and bring it to more products, more integrations and more markets. By separating the operations of helpIT systems UK and 360Science in the US, we can independently focus on delivering the functionality and an innovation roadmap mapped to the unique needs of our customers and markets..  

Second is delivering the best customer resource for building data quality into your company’s processes, systems and educating your leadership on the impact of poor data quality. We are delivering that today with the launch of 360Science LABS.

The third thing is a commitment that we are already executing on. To create a brand that is singularly focused on the true data science behind the 360-degree view of the customer. 360Science will be the most complete resource for technology, data and integrations for managing your customer data quality across the enterprise – irrespective of where it lives and where it is entered..

Our goal is to make it easy for any brand, technology company, marketing director, database administrator or developer to connect customer data quality everywhere – and in meaningful ways. As CEO, I’m excited to play a role in putting these puzzle pieces together.
